Auto translation in the background

Once you enable "Auto-translate" in settings, every new audio you receive will be transcribed AND translated automatically. You don't have to do anything else.

The translation appears together with the transcription. You see both: the original (for context, name of person, place names) and the translation (for fast reading).

Quality of translation

Modern AI is excellent at translating but not perfect. Some things to know:

• Tone: sometimes nuances of formality/intimacy are lost
• Local slang: harder to translate accurately
• Names of people/places: generally well preserved
• Numbers and times: high accuracy
• Long technical sentences: better in transcription + manual reading + AI translation than 100% automatic

For critical communications (medical, legal, contracts), still recommended: original + translation + professional human review.
